Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, subject and the content of your message. We may also process technical browsing data (see the Cookie Policy).
Purpose and legal basis
- To handle your contact request and respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To ensure the security and correct operation of the Website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention period
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we may use providers that act as data processors (for example, a web hosting provider and an email delivery provider). These providers process data solely in accordance with our instructions and under a processing agreement compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.

International transfers
If any of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR are in place (for example, standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to info@k2labs.tech and indicating the right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

We may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or changes to our services. Any modification will be published on this page.
